APKT160404 PCD Milling Insert for Aluminum

Machine aluminum and non-ferrous metals to a near-polished finish. This APKT160404 insert uses a PCD (polycrystalline diamond) tip, the hardest cutting material after natural diamond, so it holds a sharp edge far longer than carbide.

• Lasts 10–20x carbide: Diamond hardness means fewer tool changes and lower cost per part.
